The Yoga Experience

Thinking that this poor out-of shape body would be able to handle five 6 am mornings of Yoga in a row, might have been a tiny bit over optimistic.

This morning when the alarm went of, my whole body just screamed out no. Not so much that it is hurting (just a little bit) it is just worn out, thus decided to take a break this morning, hopefully it mean that I will be back tomorrow and on Friday.

I still stick with that it’s a great way of starting your day, maybe getting up a little bit later and a shorter session would make it even better.
