Good Monday morning world!

I woke up rejuvenated this morning, and it felt good. Well, I do admit that when the alarm clock first went of I did press the snooze button, then I thought to myself – nah, you wrote that list so now you do it! So I go out of bed and jumped on my bike for an about 30min bike ride.

Thus I started out with getting on the way with two of my pledges for this week, not snoozing and bike a 100k.Now it is time to skip of to work and keeping that environment in mind in everything I do, it is already starting to feel depressing so not sure I really want to do this.
