Yesterday I tried out a new recipe for my dinner, and yes it was a tad bit over budget, it was so worth it. Who doesn’t deserve a quick and easy goat cheese quiche?
I used a pre-rolled dough from the store, so of course there’s money to save there. All you have to do is put the dough in an oven-safe dish, and stab it with a fork a few times (get those aggressions out peeps!).
Then you need yo slice up a leek into preferred size pieces, and open a jar of about 200 grams grilled peppers, yum and sweet! Pour some if the oil from the peppers into a frying pan so you can fry the leeks in there for a few minutes, then add the peppers, sliced, and fry for a few more minutes before adding it to the dough (spread it out a bit will you please).
Bring out that gift from God goats cheese (I accidentally bought too much, rather than 200g I got 400, don’t ask me what I was thinking), break it into pieces and spread out over the leek and pepper mix.
Now mix a couple of eggs, 200no of milk and some salt and pepper together in a bowl. Pour Italy over the stuff already in your oven-safe dish. Shove it in to the oven, 25 minutes – 225 degrees C.
Yum, yum, yum!
