From morning strawberries to evening wildberries

The long weekend continued with another rather early morning, something that seems to be a trend when there are children around. This morning sister dearest was the first one up which means that the coffee is made when I come downstairs, awesome! Breakfast this morning was strawberries with yoghurt.

According to the weather forecast there’s a thunderstorm in the making, and you can tell because the air is heavy and sticky so there’s not much you can do but go to the lake. As the proper student I am I of course spent my time at the lake with my nose down my books.

When I wasn’t finding Nemo and eating hotdogs that is.

When the grown-up’s were all swimmed out my sister and youngest niece went back to the house while me, brother-in-law and oldest niece headed out for some shopping.

And more hotdogs.

I was real happy when I discovered that the second book about Harry Hole was on sale, so I can continue my mission to read all of them.

The days pass quickly when you are having fun and as we returned from the shopping trip it was already dinner time. With the food that’s served up I’m not sure I ever wanna go home and back to my own sad food budget.

After dinner me and sister dearest headed out for a long walk and got to enjoy a fab sunset and wild berries.

Another dream day in the swedish countryside has come to an end, I sure wonder what tomorrow will bring. Maybe some thunder finally! How has your weekend been ma peeps?
