Now, when the birthday season and vacation are over I feel it’s time to take care of the booty a little bit. All the good food, wine, bubbles and late night are all good and fun however it does take its toll and I feel real out of shape.


Thus the rest of March I aim to be alcohol free and try for healthy home-cooked food. And it is time to start visiting that gym I pay for each month, need to build some muscles before it’s time for 100k biking and the 10k running I’m signed up to do.
