I’ve been a bit remiss in my planning of food for the week, for the past few months, with reason. However today I got around doing just that and, for the second time today getting on my bike, to shop that same food. Sunday nights after eight o’clock is my fav time to go grocery shopping as most other people stay away from the store then.
This week’s menu is mainly inspired from a cookbook that I found at the Gothenburg book Fair last year.
The title translates to “the simple good” and are mostly vegetarian dishes that uses beans, lentils and typical Swedish vegetables. This week’s menu will be as follows;
Monday: Tottes fish for two (a simple fish dish served with potatoes)
Tuesday: Pork fillet with root vegetable cake (like potato cake with some other veggies)
Wednesday: Pasta gratin
Thursday: Chili sin Carne
