With all these early mornings I’m almost starting to long back to work so I can sleep in. This morning it was supposed to be an eight o’clock pick up so the alarm was set for 7:15 in order to have time for brekkie.
Then this baby picked us up, not really at 8 and after a small walk from the hotel.
Tours on busses take for ever, waiting for people, picking up people at different hotels and all that jazz. After the last few days private tours I’m not sure that I’ll ever be able to go back to these kind of tours so cheap country travelling for me in the future! The Queen herself ruined sooper cheap traveling for me.
Anyhow this bus took us to see old buildings that is a world Heritage thingy…
Afterwards we decided to go back on boat rather than bus, turned out that we had to go almost half way back to town before the boat tour started.
There was also a simple lunch included in the price, and yes it was simple. I ate all the rice though.
After the trips down Mekong Delta I realized that the best way of enjoying the boating without freaking out or getting anxiety attacks, are hitting down a couple of these;
Being returned to Hoi An we returned to the Mango Rooms for a proper liquid lunch.
Then back to the hotel where I went for a swim in this;
A very lazy afternoon before heading for dinner at a very highly recommended restaurant, Morning Glory. When ordering my fish I was told that it would take 20 minutes so starving me had to order a starter to tide me over.
On our way home we accidentally stopped for me to get spa mani-pedi. There could be so many more pictures, it’s just that I was so busy enjoying myself.
Unfortunately we couldn’t stay there all night (Aaron Spa in Hoi An, totally recommend of you ever stop by this city) but had to head back to the hotel to pack and crawl into bed, another pick-up tomorrow. At least this one will be a car and everything back to normal.
