I feel like a grown-up

This morning my colleague picked me up at 8:35 for a very short roadtrip. After collecting another colleague we drove the 30 minute drive to a place called Nötesjö Hotell.

This is the location where we will have a two day conference.
The rooms all have names, and to my utter enjoyment I was allocated the room called “The traveller”, quite suitable as I’m heading straight from here to a couple of adventures – one in snow and the other one in sun.

After ditching my stuff in the room I headed downstairs where we got some brekkie (second breakfast for normal people I think) before sitting down at tables with the kind of note pads and pens I remember my parents bringing home when I was a kid.

We then talked, talked and talked a bit more before lunch.

Can’t say you are starving when attending things like these…
After lunch there were more talking with short breaks to enjoy the view. Think this could be totally fantastic in the summer.

When the talking was done for the day me and a couple of colleges went for a walk in the sunset, beautiful!!

The days passes quickly at places like this and returning from the walk we sat down for a beer, and poof it was time for dinner. Amazing food!

Now I’m sitting in my room, logged on to the work computer to finish everything I promised people I would do before vacation. With three channels and no minibar it’s not that bad to have something to occupy myself with 🙂
Peace out ma peeps, I’m looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.
